There are two types of users in the Baotree system:

  1. A data collector using the mobile app
  2. An administrator was added to the administrative dashboard. Data collectors are added by phone number, while administrators are added by email address

Note: A person in your organisation can be both a data collector and an administrator, and they will count as two users.

Users can be added as administrators or as data collectors via the administrative dashboard. The system charges based on the number of users added. Each plan includes a specific amount of users and only after passing this threshold will you pay more per additional user.
